NEW Con29 Forms released
The Law Society have now released the new CON29 R and O for use after 4th July 2016. They can be downloaded, but protected from printing by the Law Society here: law-society-CON29-enquiries-of-local-authority-2014
More expensive Council Searches
After a long battle, HMRC has now seen fairness and will charge VAT on the CON29 part of a Council local search. This was due to take effect from 1/2/2016 but has now been delayed. The latest announcement declares that it will happen but no fixed date yet.
